Antistock is offline. antistock.io has been unreachable since on or about 3 August 2026 and, as of 18 September 2026, displays an FBI seizure banner; as of 18 September 2026 we found no DOJ or FBI announcement naming Antistock.
Shoplio is a live alternative for selling digital goods: a free plan, crypto checkout through Cryptomus or OxaPay, and automatic withdrawals to a wallet you control. Shoplio's Antistock importer cannot reach an API that now serves the banner, so the move is a rebuild; start free and the migration page explains what can be carried over.
Offline since on or about 3 August 2026. On 18 September 2026, antistock.io, developers.antistock.io and business-api.antistock.io all served the "Seized by the Federal Bureau of Investigation" page. Registry delegation is still the operator's Cloudflare nameservers; whois updated 26 August 2026; as of 18 September 2026 we found no DOJ or FBI release naming Antistock.

A competing platform reports 3.5% to 4% on the free tier, inherited from Sellpass. Capterra lists a free version, an Enterprise tier priced by quote and a transaction-based model, with no percentages. Antistock's own pricing page cannot be read: it shows the banner.

Antistock was the late-2025 rebrand of Sellpass, and Sellpass merchants were pushed to move across during that rebrand. Posters on BlackHatWorld report that in the weeks before the outage a forced "v2" upgrade prompt appeared, and that after it their crypto balances sat in new platform wallets, shown as "wallet_compacted", for which they had no keys.

On 2 August 2026 a thread opened on BlackHatWorld reporting that Billgang, Antistock, Sellpass, Forebit and Hoodpay had become unreachable, and that by 3 August their domains answered with fbi.seized.gov nameservers. The posters describe the five as one connected operation, which the operators had reportedly denied, and report five- and six-figure balances they could no longer access.
Whether any law-enforcement action took place has not been established. On 18 September 2026 the registries still delegated all five domains to the operators' own Cloudflare nameservers, and the whois records had been updated after the outage. We found no Department of Justice or FBI release naming any of the five as of 18 September 2026. The banner is what the domains display, not a confirmed seizure. Posters on BlackHatWorld read the sequence as an exit scam; that is their interpretation, reported as theirs.

The full timeline, and what is and is not established about the five platforms, is in the August 2026 guide.
Antistock was a storefront platform. Its column is last-known information; Shoplio's column describes what the platform does today.
| Area | Antistock | Shoplio |
|---|---|---|
| Fees | 3.5% to 4% on the free tier, per a competitor; Enterprise by quote (Capterra). No figures verifiable from Antistock itself. | Free $0, Pro $19/mo, Enterprise $69/mo. Withdrawal fee 5% on Free, 3% on Pro and Enterprise, charged when you withdraw. No platform fee per order; orders are credited net of the gateway's own commission. |
| Payments | Crypto (Bitcoin and Ethereum are listed on software directories) plus Stripe and PayPal from the Sellpass lineage. | Crypto through Cryptomus or OxaPay (one gateway per shop, switched by the owner); 25+ cryptocurrencies at checkout; payouts in BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, SOL, BNB, TRX, DOGE, TON, GRAM, XMR and XRP. |
| Custody and payouts | Platform wallets. Posters report the forced v2 upgrade moved balances into wallets without merchant keys. | Balance held on the platform until withdrawn. Auto-withdrawal sweeps anything above your USD threshold to your own wallet; manual minimum $1; owner-only by default. |
| Migration | No export possible: business-api.antistock.io shows the banner. | Shoplio has an Antistock API importer (products with variants, warehouse serial keys, customers with balances, orders), but the API it calls is offline, so it cannot run today. |
| Delivery | Warehouse-based raw stock and serial keys (from the API Shoplio's importer was built against). Cannot be verified now. | Stock-based delivery of keys, accounts and files held as stock items per product. Free: 20 products, 2,000 stock items each; Pro and Enterprise: unlimited. |
| Telegram bots | Not verified. | Merchant notification bot (sales, restocks, low stock, tickets), a Tickets bot, and a customer Store bot (/products, /buy, /orders, /balance). Pro feature. |
Each point below describes something the platform does, including the one you may not want to hear.
Shoplio is not non-custodial. A paid order credits a balance held in the platform's gateway wallets (Cryptomus and OxaPay) until you withdraw it, computed per currency and gateway as paid orders minus withdrawals. The rest of this list is about keeping that window short.
Set a USD threshold ($10 to $1,000,000) and a wallet address per currency; a poller sweeps anything above it to your wallet, with per-network minimums of $10 for BTC and $20 for ETH and ERC-20 tokens. Manual minimum $1. GRAM is manual only.
Cryptomus and OxaPay are both supported, each with signed webhooks and a payment poller that catches any confirmation a webhook missed. A shop uses one gateway at a time: if it is down, the owner switches the shop to the other in Settings > Store Configuration. Checkout is not switched automatically.
Only the owner can withdraw. Where team withdrawal access is enabled on the platform, a team admin gets it only through a grant the owner confirms with password and email 2FA code, after a cool-off delay, revocable at any time; every co-owner withdrawal is reported to the owner (in-app, email, Telegram) and audited. Payout wallets, API keys, shop deletion and stock clearing stay owner-only.
Email-code 2FA covers login, turning 2FA on or off, and granting team withdrawal access. There is no separate 2FA challenge on each withdrawal.
Withdrawals cannot be created, and auto-withdrawal settings cannot be changed, from an admin impersonation session — the platform's support tooling is locked out of the money paths.
5% on Free, 3% on Pro and Enterprise, charged at withdrawal; there is no platform fee per order. Orders are credited at the amount the gateway actually delivers, net of the gateway's own commission, on both Cryptomus and OxaPay (for OxaPay, about 1.5% on orders created after 2 July 2026).
Shoplio's importer reads the Sellpass and Antistock APIs. Both hosts now serve the banner, so an API import is not possible today, and there is no importer for Billgang, Sellix, Hoodpay or Forebit. A move means a free account and a rebuilt catalogue; the migration page lists what can be carried over and how to reach us.
Yes. Antistock has been unreachable since on or about 3 August 2026. On 18 September 2026 antistock.io, its developer docs and its Business API host all displayed an FBI seizure banner.
Not established. The domain displays an FBI banner, but the registry still delegates antistock.io to the operator's own nameservers, the whois record was updated after the outage, and as of 18 September 2026 we found no DOJ or FBI announcement naming Antistock.
No. The importer calls business-api.antistock.io, which now serves the banner, so there is nothing to pull from. If you kept your own product list, you can rebuild on a free Shoplio account.
We could only find third-party figures: a competitor reports 3.5% to 4% on the free tier, and Capterra lists a free version and an Enterprise tier priced by quote. We do not publish monthly-plan prices for Antistock because we could not verify any.
Free $0, Pro $19 per month, Enterprise $69 per month. There is no platform fee per order, but orders are credited net of the gateway's own commission (about 1.5% on OxaPay); the withdrawal fee is 5% on Free and 3% on Pro and Enterprise, charged when you withdraw.
