Three plans: Free, Pro and Enterprise. No platform fee per order on any of them; Shoplio's fee is charged when you withdraw. Everything on this page is what the platform actually charges and enforces.

There is no subscription fee on Free and no platform fee per order on any plan. Shoplio charges a withdrawal fee when you move money out: 5% on Free, 3% on Pro and Enterprise, taken from the amount you withdraw. Separately, orders are credited at what the payment gateway actually delivers, which is net of the gateway's own commission on both Cryptomus and OxaPay (for OxaPay, an estimated 1.5% on orders created after 2 July 2026).
Example: a $200 order paid in USDT through OxaPay is credited at about 197 USDT, because the gateway keeps its commission. Withdrawing $197 of it on Free costs a 5% fee of $9.85 and sends about $187.15 in USDT to your wallet; on Pro or Enterprise the 3% fee is $5.91 and about $191.09 is sent. Balances are held in the coin you were paid in, so for a volatile coin the dollar value at withdrawal follows the price at that moment.
Checkout is crypto only, through one gateway per shop: Cryptomus or OxaPay (new shops start on OxaPay). In Settings > Payments the owner picks the gateway and which coins the store offers: BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, TRX, SOL, DOGE, plus XRP on OxaPay shops. If the chosen gateway has an outage, the owner switches the shop to the other one; checkout is not switched automatically.
Pro and Enterprise are paid in crypto through an OxaPay invoice and run for one month from payment. Nothing renews or charges automatically: the Renew button opens 7 days before the period ends, and a renewal adds a month to the end of the current one. If a period ends without renewal, the account keeps its plan for a 24-hour grace period and then returns to Free.
Shoplio is custodial: a paid order credits a balance held in the platform's gateway wallets until you withdraw it. Withdrawals are owner-only by default, cannot be made from an admin impersonation session, start at $1 ($10 on Bitcoin, $20 on Ethereum and ERC-20), and auto-withdrawal can sweep any balance above a threshold you choose ($10 to $1,000,000) to your own wallet.
The comparison page sets this against the other platforms, and the payouts guide walks through a withdrawal step by step.
Free costs $0 with no time limit. Pro is $19 per month and Enterprise is $69 per month. On top of that, Shoplio takes a withdrawal fee when you move money to your wallet: 5% on Free and 3% on Pro and Enterprise.
There is no platform fee per order. Shoplio's fee is charged when you withdraw. The payment gateway does keep its own commission on each payment, and orders are credited net of it, on both Cryptomus and OxaPay.
The fee is worked out from your plan at the moment you create the withdrawal, not when the sale happened. Withdraw after upgrading and the 3% rate applies; withdraw after a downgrade to Free and the 5% rate applies.
Yes: $1 in general, $10 on the Bitcoin network and $20 on Ethereum and ERC-20 tokens, because network fees on those chains are high.
In crypto only, through an OxaPay invoice opened from the Upgrade or Billing page. The invoice is valid for 30 minutes and the plan starts when the payment is confirmed. There is no fiat option, for plans or for store checkout.
No. Nothing is charged automatically. Each payment buys one month. You can renew from 7 days before the period ends, and the new month is added to the end of the current one, so renewing early loses nothing.
After a 24-hour grace period the account returns to Free. From then on the 5% withdrawal fee applies and API keys stop authenticating. On every shop, the Telegram notification, channel, manager and tickets bots are switched off, the custom domain stops serving the store, and the section builder layout is turned off. If you pay for the plan again, the features that were on are switched back on. Shops, products, stock and balances are not deleted, and auto-withdrawal keeps working because it is available on every plan.
Yes. Free has no subscription and no expiry. Its limits are 1 shop, 20 products per shop, 2,000 available stock items per product and one team member, and its withdrawal fee is 5%.
Pro saves 2 percentage points on withdrawals. At $19 a month it pays for itself once you withdraw about $950 in a month ($19 / 0.02). Below that, Free costs less unless you need a Pro feature such as a custom domain, Telegram bots or the API.

No card and no subscription. Upgrade only when you need a paid feature.
